The FA24 is known for experiencing significant oil pressure loss during high-G maneuvers, especially long right-hand corners. After countless requests for a real solution, Verus proud to introduce our 3D Printed Aluminum Oil Pan for FA24-powered GR86 and BRZ models.

The Verus Engineering 3D Printed Oil Pan uses an integrated baffle system that keeps oil near the pickup under high load, helping maintain stable oil pressure when the engine needs it most. The increased oil capacity adds another layer of protection by allowing you to safely run more oil without risk of overfilling. More volume also helps control temperatures, providing additional cushioning against oil overheating during extended track sessions.

Using precise scan data, we shaped the pan to contour naturally around the factory header, maximizing space and performance while ensuring compatibility with the OEM exhaust. Installation is straightforward, and the pan remains compliant with EPA and CARB requirements. Refer to the fitment details below for full compatibility.

Through Verus own on-track testing and data collected from multiple users, they recorded pressure drops as low as 23 PSI with the OEM pan. After installing the upgraded pan, pressures remained significantly more stable, helping reduce the chance of premature bearing wear or catastrophic engine failure caused by oil pressure loss.
