Most aftermarket top-mount intercoolers for Subarus reuse the original mounting bushings and hardware. That’s fine in theory—but after 20, 25, or even 30+ years on the road, those factory steel sleeves are often rusty, pitted, and past their prime.

That’s why Overtake has developed their Top Mount Intercooler Isolator Bushing Kit—a direct-fit replacement for any Subaru TMIC, OEM or aftermarket, on most turbocharged Subaru models from the 1990s to today.

Each kit features a precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum sleeve washer, anodized in your choice of brilliant blue or stealth black, paired with a fresh 65A durometer EPDM rubber bushing—slightly stiffer than stock for improved support and longevity. To complete the package, we include JIS-spec M8 bolts that sit flush with the sleeve, giving your install a clean, factory-plus finish.
