Description

The Action Clutch Stage 6 (2MD) Clutch Kit is engineered for drivers demanding uncompromised performance and instant power transfer. Built to handle the extreme conditions of racing, this kit combines a dual clamp load heavy-duty pressure plate with reinforced drive straps, creating a system that delivers exceptional durability and consistent performance under high stress.

This kit features an Unsprung MIBA Ceramic disc (available in 4- or 6-puck configurations) for lightning-fast, on/off engagement, giving drivers maximum control during competition. While clutch chatter may be present initially, it will smooth out after proper break-in. Designed for dedicated race vehicles, the Stage 6 (2MD) provides a direct, uncompromising connection between engine and drivetrain—ideal for extracting every ounce of performance on the track.

  • Unsprung MIBA Ceramic Disc for instant engagement and high heat resistance
  • Reinforced drive straps for added durability under extreme load

  • Intended Use: Race Applications / Heavy Track Use / Light Street Use

Break-In Requirements

  • 500 street miles
  • Keep RPMs under 4500
  • No more than half-throttle
  • No boost (if applicable)

Proper break-in is required to maintain warranty coverage and achieve maximum performance and longevity.

Disclaimers

  • Ceramic clutch discs are designed to increase holding capacity and durability—not lifespan. For easy street driving, ceramic materials may wear faster due to their aggressive engagement and reduced slip tolerance.
  • Unsprung clutch discs are not recommended for daily or street-driven vehicles. Using one in a lightly modified or stock engine can cause rivet or hub failure from excessive shock load. Think of it as running a marathon in sandals—possible, but uncomfortable and potentially damaging compared to using proper running shoes.
  • Torque capacity is measured at the crank, not the wheels.
